At Label Arts we pride ourselves on our ability to create custom designs and products for our customers. While our core products are created for customers that utilize T5000/Thinprep, T3000, T2000, Surepath, Focalpoint, Datamax, Zebra, Sato, and Dymo printers, we have a reputation for being able to partner with our customers and help them solve most of their printing and laboratory marking and identification needs.

Label Arts can produce custom labels ranging in size from 1/4" x 15/16" up to 6" x 6". We also have the capability to produce single labels per accession number or multiple labels per accession number. These can be produced for multiple sizes of vial and slide labels in both xylene and non-xylene resistant formats. Our label roll core sizes can vary from 1" to 3" in diameter.

Below is an overview of some of our main solutions for our customers.

Barcode Labels

Barcode labels can be produced on plain paper as well as our special xylene-resistant paper. Our xyxlene-resistant paper will protect the labels and numbers under most laboratory testing environments for an extended period of time. They have been proven to be resistant to xylene as well as other IHC chemicals including alcohol.

We can manage the series of barcode numbers your lab uses with our unique software and data management system. Every quarter or year when you need to re-order labels, just let us know and we'll tell you where your lab left off in your number sequence.

Imager Labels

Imager labels can be produced in the same manner as our barcode labels. As with the barcode numbers, we can also manage the sequence numbers in use for your imager labels. We manage your sequence orders so you don't have to.

Imager labels are also available in both plain paper as well as our IHC standard xylene resistant paper.

Combo Barcode / Imager Labels

If you require a combination of barcodes and imagers for your labels, you've come to the right place. Our specialized printing presses can handle nearly any combination of size or shape, barcode or imager requirements need.

These labels are available in plain paper and IHC standard xylene resistant paper as well.

Blank Labels

We stock over 200 styles of blank labels to meet your unique printing requirements. If we don't have the die to create your unique label, we can design a new one to meet your needs.

Blank labels can be created on a variety of different colored label paper and also on plain paper and IHC standard xylene resistant paper.

Sheet Fed and Pin Fed Labels

We offer many different styles and sizes of sheet and pin-fed slide labels. These labels can be produced either blank or with your custom printing on the label in a wide variety of colors.

Basic Laboratory Labels

Most hospitals and labs use many different basic labels that get used repetitively. We stock hundreds of these types of labels and can also create a custom basic label to meet your needs.
